If you have health insurance not listed here, you can ask your insurance provider if you have any out-of-network benefits. I will provide detailed receipts with diagnosis and treatment codes so that clients can independently submit claims to their insurance. You are responsible for knowing your benefits.

All advising/coaching services are self-pay.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment given you provide a minimum 24 hours notice from your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up, you will be charged a $75 no-show/cancellation fee.
Please keep in mind, insurance does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
